Historic, unique location. The Terrace is the largest pre-fabricated weatherboard home left in Victoria. Dating from 1855, the home was built in the Gothic Revival style and offers an historic billiard room, beautifully manicured grounds, stable complex, bluestone Groom’s cottage and uninterrupted views of the You Yangs Regional Park. For TV production companies and producers this home is very appealing due to the abundance of traditional features. The generous front yard, weatherboard exterior, front porch and classic front door make the perfect backdrop for filming a TV ad.

Please note that because of the historical nature of this property, the moving of or sitting down of any of the furniture is forbidden.

8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
