This location encompasses a number of distinct buildings/dwellings on 12 acres of rolling green pasture 24 min (8.5 km) from Byron Bay. The main residence is a lovingly restored heritage farmhouse with wraparound verandahs and vintage chic styling throughout. Others include the rustic boho barn and whimsical country-style “Swanky Shed”. Outdoor facilities include a pool, cabana, gardens, gazebo and two ancient sweeping fig-trees.

Location House available for photoshoots, filming and corporate events.

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
