This location is an architecturally designed house spread over 4 levels with outdoor decks, outdoor spa, waterfall, and a large pool deck all taking in the 180 degree views out to the ocean to the east, length of the beach up the coastline to the north, across the peaceful lagoon, and down to the village and woodlands to the west.

The house is north facing with natural light, high ceilings, modern clean lines, and natural finishes such as rammed earth walls and spotted gum flooring.

Floor to ceiling windows in the open planned living areas (kitchen, dining and lounge) and main bedroom. Stacker glass doors lead to the outdoor deck, opening up the space to take in the full view.
