This location offers a truely unique opportunity to “rent the whole village”. This village is a beautiful setting of some 20 buildings ranging from the original 1897 Homestead plus 4 residential houses, ex-jockeys quarters, to stables, sheds and even a renovated pool and cabana. The village area is approx 10 acres of a 700 acre working horse stud abutting the Djerriwarrah Creek. This setting is flexible and private.

Toolern Vale is located 40 km north-west of Melbourne’s CBD.

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
