A grand building with an arched portico, high ceilings, 15 rooms and a train platform. The spaces are generous and have been decorated in a contemporary neutral style. The building is on an acre of land with no direct neighbours.

There is plenty of parking – over 1000m2 – in the original station car park.

Located 1hr (85km) north of Adelaide near the Barossa Valley.

Location House in Kapunda, available to hire for photoshoots, filming, and corporate events.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
