Literally the closest building to the sands of bondi beach. You can’t get closer than us. We are the first apartment on the North bondi grassy knoll. It’s the Penthouse apartment with a huge oversized deck overlooking 270 degrees of intimate views of bondi beach. An incredible backdrop on a spacious deck that would be an incredible blank canvas for photo shoots or events. Inside is a smallish but fresh beach shack type apartment that was renovated in 2019.

Location House available for photoshoots, filming and corporate events.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
