Waterfront, Water View

The boat house is on the shores of Lake Eucumbene in the Snowy Mountains and it was built by the Snowy Mountains Hydro Electric Authority in the mid 1950s.

The building consists of a large room and a slipway area. The slipway goes from the building to the lake shore (the slipway consists of a railway track with a cradle attached to a winch that is suitable for boats up to 15 metres).

The building, which is now over sixty years old, is in original condition and is extremely atmospheric. Architecturally, it is a very dramatic building. It is also in a unique position, surrounded by national park and overlooking Lake Eucumbene.

Location available to hire for photoshoots, filming and corporate events.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
