Summer Dreaming is an extensively renovated homestead, it features quaint, nostalgic, country charm, and additionally it hosts a beautiful yoga studio on site, a solar heat Mineral Pool which is just perfect for retreats and holiday accommodation alike.

Located only an hour from the heart of Melbourne, and 30 minutes from Avalon Airport, Summer Dreaming has 4 bedrooms and caters for 8 guests and is the newest luxury retreat and holiday accommodation on the Surf Coast.

Location House available to hire for photoshoots, filming and corporate events.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
