With a stainless steel kitchen, and polished concrete floors throughout, this home is the perfect mix of industrial meets coastal for a range of production needs. The outdoor alfresco has a stainless steel outdoor kitchen, BBQ and pizza oven. The pool is perfect for fashion shoots with just enough space for the crew to manoeuvre. The foliage around the cabana is Mediterranean inspired with seating available for the cast / crew. The master bedroom has an ensuite with a double shower head and opens up to its own private retreat with a fireplace. Enquire now with one of our location agents for your next production.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
