This stunning location is situated high on a ridge in the middle of a cow paddock with magnificent 360 degree views and the dramatic backdrop of The Buccan Buccan mountains (The Bucketts). It is an Architect-designed (Gareth Cole), beautifully appointed five bedroom, two pavilion, contemporary styled house that features energy efficient materials, passive solar design, off-grid solar and large rainwater tanks. The house is perched high on a ridge on a 100 acre property located just outside the town of Gloucester.

This location can be hired alongside Scenic View Cabin as it is located on the same property grounds.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
