A modern 6 level deep waterfront location, recently renovated and landscaped. Amazing sunset views with outlook across to the national park, down the water channel and across to an amazing large sandbar(Mainbar), which makes the water colour change every few hours and the water view itself changes with the tides. The home has 4 large bedrooms, a fabulous aquarium, internal lift and two storey boathouse.

Location House available for photoshoots, filming and corporate events.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
