A 1970’s house perched on the escarpment with 270 degree views over narrabeen lagoon. Doors slide away into wall cavities to open the splayed living areas to a floating concrete terrace. A glazed jarrah framed wall breaks down the solidity of the bedroom areas. Niches are carved out of existing walls creating unexpected glimpses of the water and bushland. Splashes of colour are used throughout, featuring bright red couches.

Location House available for photoshoots, filming and corporate events.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
