With its rolling hills and ample space for the crew, Modello is a wonderful production and photoshoot location home. Features of the home include decorative cornices, stained glass windows, a period bathroom with a free-standing bath, rustic timber ceiling beams, a fireplace in the main living room and a mix of VJ and exposed brick walls.

The façade of the main home is traditional Queenslander style, but the interior of the home and back extension have been renovated to add a modern industrial farmhouse aesthetic providing creatives the opportunity to have two different looks in the one location. There is also a cosy studio apartment on the property which is separate to the main home and has its own kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom.

The home comes complete with a fire pit and outdoor BBQ area, log burner, pool, hot tub (heated by a log fire), and lush country surrounds.
