Situated on 20 acres in the midst of dairy and cattle country, Misty Farm offers country charm and amazing rural backdrop opportunities, including a fully restored 100 year old cottage, bunk house, old dairy, untouched farmlands and Waukivory River that curls through the centre of the property. The interiors of the cottage and bunk house offer simple country charm. This location offers accommodation.

Waukivory is 3 hours north of Sydney and 2 hours north of Newcastle.

Location house in Waukivory available to hire for photoshoots, filming and corporate events.

8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
