Fresh coastal boho styled home, Maywood House comprises of 2 kitchens, 4 bedrooms, 3 living rooms, fireplace, enormous office, gym, 3 balcony’s and a front and back lawned yard, pool/pool entertaining area and a temp controlled backlit cellar, a double garage and off street for 1-2 more vehicles. Natural textures of wood, stone and polished concrete feature and compliment the cool grey and white palette. Parking for 3-4 cars off street as well as street parking in front.

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
