Built in 1845, Marilla’s Cottage is a delightful historic location. The home is a Victorian-era bungalow and offers many original furnishings, accessories and fixtures including furniture, ceramics, horse racing memorabilia and art. The pretty garden offers multiple backdrops.

Bathurst is approximately 3 hours’ drive west of Sydney CBD.

Please note that because of the historical nature of this property, the moving of, or sitting down of any of the furniture is forbidden.

Location house available to hire for photoshoots, filming and small corporate events.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
