The home was recently purchased in 2018 the new owners have renovated the flooring, added a second bathroom, completely renovated the original bathroom, and have modernised the interior with sleek contemporary furniture whilst maintaining the vintage 114 year old feel of the estate. The property is open plan, with a 3 level split interior design. The interior ceilings are vintage 5 m high with wood flooring, and a 15 pane floor to ceiling vintage cathedral window at the entrance.

GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
