Discover creative freedom at Iridescent Tones, a sun-drenched effortless raw shell with concrete floors and 4m high ceilings. The spaces are perfect for photoshoots, brand showings, workshops, pop up activations and media events. The space includes communal zones, parking and excellent amenities, all available for hire.

This location is composed of two spaces to hire. The downstairs showroom space: Positioned at the front of The Ware, naturally lit with direct sun light pouring through two large industrial windows in the afternoon, The Showroom has an industrial feel, white walls, concrete floor and roller door access. The upstairs penthouse space: The Penthouse is located on our second level. Bright and open, it is a blank canvas with white walls, concrete floors, ramp and roller door access.

Located 35 minutes from Sydney CBD

Location hire in Brookvale. Book house for photoshoots, filming, TV ads, brand campaigns and digital content.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
