A spacious 5 bedroom home with spectacular Hinterland views. Modern and stylish, boasting rafter ceilings, polished timber floors, high-end contemporary furnishings and decor. This stunning home is spacious and open, designed in a wrap-around style with a resort-style heated pool, tropical gardens and outdoor entertaining areas. Four light-filled bedrooms on the ground floor all opening out to the surrounding pool. Dual living spaces and an additional loft style 5th bedroom.

This location also has a Recording Studio available which can be booked separately.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
