A rural experience just 5 minutes from Ulladulla, Milton and Mollymook on the Shoalhaven Coast, South Coast, just 2.5 hours drive south of Sydney. Enjoy the unfiltered views to the Budawang ranges and Burrill Lake.

The luxurious space presents a 3 split-level design encompassing a sunken loungeroom where views across the front garden, lake and tennis court are framed by large banks of glass. As you enter the property you are greeted by a modern light filled and open plan living space with high raked ceilings. A fireplace takes centre stage in the living area, adding a touch of elegance to the warm oak floors.

The middle level wraps around the kitchen. There are three bedrooms with water views, and in the main three way bathroom, a sunken bath. Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
