Accommodation

With a rustic charm – if you are looking for somewhere for your next shoot or event – then go no further than The Shearing Shed. The shearing shed has been created specifically for your next shoot/event. It features a unique twisted chimney and has a large outdoor deck which overlooks the beautiful countryside. This property also has up to 5 types of accommodation, so you can stay and play. The Main Homestead was built in 1904 and was restored and renovated in 2017. You then have a 4 bedroom cottage, a 2 bedroom cottage, a little historic stone cottage and another small bunk house. All with individual character, whether you want to shoot in the main homestead and stay over or have an event in the shearing shed, possibilities are endless here.

Ghin Ghin is located 124km north-east of Melbourne CBD, near the township of Yea which is located at the junction of the Melba and Goulburn Valley Highways.

Location House available to hire for photoshoots, filming and corporate events.

Pricing Terms

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
