This location is a large two storey historic property and homestead which was built by Sir Walter Watson Hughes back in 1845.

Featuring a drawing room, billiard room, library, formal dining and a very special nursery full of old cuttings on the walls from magazines which a nanny made while looking after a newborn.There are also lots of out houses from the 1800s which housed stables/blacksmiths etc.

Watervale is approx. 1.5hr drive from Adelaide.

Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
