This location is a converted church on quarter of an acre of old gardens in the middle of cow paddocks between Cradle Mountain and Sheffield in Tasmania.

It gets hot days in Summer, snow in Winter and is quite prone to an eerie fog at certain times of the year.

It is fairly open plan downstairs, and 3 bedrooms in the eves with a large garage and an artist studio.

It has 2 fireplaces and some feature stained glass at the top of windows.

Location House available to hire for photoshoots, filming and corporate events.

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
