Private spacious 5 bedroom home with tidal water access on to Port Hacking. The garden is flanked with mature hedges and has a sizeable lawn, a large sandstone entertaining area bathed in sunshine, complete with Flowering Pear Trees and a swimming pool.
Please note – the trees in the garden are seasonal, after the white blossoms ( spring ) they turn to full green leaves ( summer ), then red ( autumn ) then no leaves at all during winter. Yowie Bay is located 30 km from Sydney CBD

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
