The house is a 2 storey home on a double block of land, 1000sqm with pool and spa. There is plenty of grass lawn area aswell in the front and back of the house. The outside is grey and inside is all white. The house has a Hampton’s feel and Hampton’s inspired interiors. It is very open, light with plenty of sun. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, study, large formal lounge/dining room, large open plan kitchen, living room all flowing out to the grass and pool.

Location House available to hire for photoshoots, filming and corporate events.

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
