Courtyard

A 1930’s bungalow with a modern rear extension. The bungalow has original features including high ceilings and wide jarrah floorboards. The contemporary extension has charcoal concrete floors, a curved wooden wall with concealed doors and a beautiful white marble open plan kitchen. The lounge room opens up to an outdoor undercover courtyard.

Wembley location is 15mins from Perth city.

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
