Bonita is a renovated brick 1970s/1980s suburban home in bayside Sandringham. It features a large open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area, which opens out onto a lovely timber deck. The modestly sized backyard has an entertaining area with BBQ and grey crazy pave, and there is also a fire pit surrounded by seating available for suitable lifestyle and product shoots. Solar panels have been installed on the carport roof and there is a Tesla EV charger available for hire when booking this location.
