who can access the homeowner dashboard?
To ensure homeowner privacy and confidentiality, it’s important you use a verified email address linked to your location in our system. To access the homeowner dashboard, please use the email address you registered your property with to create an account and sign in. Please note that a verification of email is required to access the dashboard, ensuring the security of your information.
To grant access for an additional email address, our team will need to review your location contact details to approve this. In that case, please reach out to our Portfolio Team.
HOW TO SIGN UP AND LOG IN TO THE DASHBOARD
We have made the Homeowner Dashboard conveniently accessible on both desktop, and via the Pure Locations mobile app (please click here to download the app for Apple or Android). On a desktop, navigate to the top right hand corner of our website homepage. Locate the user icon, and click here to be directed to the login page. If you have not yet registered for an account, click ‘Register Now’. If you have already signed up, use your email address and password to log into your account.
On the Pure Locations app, click the ‘Profile’ icon on the banner at the bottom of your screen. From there, create an account or log in.
NAVIGATING THE location DASHBOARD
Once signed in, you will be able to view and navigate the location dashboard.
On desktop, the welcome screen will display your registered location/s. From here, click the ‘Details’ button to view the dashboard.
On the app, click the profile icon on the bottom banner and select ‘Homeowner Dashboard’ from the menu. Your registered location/s will be displayed. Select ‘Details’ for your starting rates and financials, and navigate the icons on the bottom banner to access the bookings calendar and resources.
HIRE RATES
To give your home the best possible chance at booking a shoot, it’s essential that our homeowners and client services team are aligned on the hire rates for your location.
The dashboard will display your agreed hire rates that the Portfolio Team have on file for a 4, 8 and 10-hour standard shoot (low impact photoshoots + social media content).
If a client enquiries on your home for a larger scale production (such as a TV commercial, film shoot or corporate event), this fee may increase depending on the nature and impact of the production. Our Client Services team will discuss this with you upon an enquiry of this nature.
To give your location the best chance at securing bookings, we strongly recommend you keep your rates consistent (and if new to listing, fixed for at least 3 months). Our Client Services team will quote out your home to potential clients based on your pre-approved rates and they are also visible on your website listing, therefore changes to the agreed rates have the potential to affect bookings.
If you would like to discuss or make changes to your hire rate, you will need to contact our Portfolio Team via the dashboard.
LOCATION FEATURES
The dashboard will also display a tick list of the location features that our team has recorded for your location. These features carry over to your website listing and are incredibly important, providing brand clients with more specific information about your home. Whether they are looking for a heated pool or a pet-friendly location, ensuring that these features are accurate and up to date can help your location stand out and encourage bookings.
LOCATION BOOKINGS
Keeping track of your location bookings has never been easier. The homeowner dashboard features an intuitive calendar system that consolidates all of your important dates in one place. With a user-friendly colour coded layout, the calendar will display confirmed shoot and event dates, recces, weather holds, location holds and periods of unavailability.
LOCATION UNAVAILABILITY
As a location homeowner, it is paramount that you make our team aware of any upcoming periods in which your home will be unavailable for hire. The homeowner dashboard allows you to conveniently submit any location unavailability, which will sync to the location calendar for our Client Services team to view. Simply select your start and end dates of unavailability, and press submit.

You will find a wealth of essential homeowner resources in the dashboard, accessible in one central place to ensure a seamless experience when hiring out your home with Pure Locations. From printable labels for shoot day and useful forms, to our onboarding video series and welcome pack, simply navigate to the ‘Resources’ tab on the dashboard and find everything you need.
