The first, a period house built in 1890 with four bedrooms, timber floors, open plan living, updated kitchen and high ceilings. The second house offers 1 bedroom. Outside, great garden with lawn area, basketball hoop and saltwater solar heated pool.

Listed price is for 8 hr fashion / lifestyle photoshoot 15 PAX.
Furniture photoshoots, TVC’s, filming, larger teams will incur additional fees.
8 hours between 8am – 6pm. Please inform team if you need to shoot at other times.
GST is added to all fees.
All clients must have Public Liability Insurance.
